Banana Cake

Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

2/3 cup soy flour

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup soy oil

1 teaspoon powder cinnamon mixed into 1 tablespoon sugar

Method

1. Blend together: eggs, cut bananas, sugar and oil.

2. Mix well - soy flour and all purpose flour.

3. Mix baking soda and baking powder.

4. Put the dough in a greased pan and bake at 350EF for about 20 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and sprinkle sugared cinnamon over the hot cake.
