Corn Meal Porridge

Ingredients

6 cups water

9 tablespoons corn meal

1 tablespoon soy flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

5 tablespoons sugar

Method

1. Mix together corn meal, soy flour and water.

2. Cook until thick.

3. Add sugar and salt. Simmer for 1 minute.

Serve hot.
