Meat Loaf

Ingredients

800 g ground beef

4 cups hydrated TVP

2 teaspoons salt

1 can tomato sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together well.

2. Put in a meat loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes at 375EF
