Soybean Balls

Ingredients

4 cups cooked and coarsely grind soybean

1 teaspoon powder garlic (or fresh minced)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Green onion, onion, parsley (3 tablespoons each, chopped)

2 cups water

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

oil (for frying)

Method

1. Mix all ingredients. Heat the oil and fry by teaspoonfuls.
