Fortified Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

2 cups Massa Harina

2 tablespoons soy flour

Water (enough to make a pliable dough)

Method

1. Mix massa harina and soy flour.

2. Add water working the dough by hands until you get a pliable dough.

3. Make tortillas and place them in a hot griddle. Turn them once.

4. Place hot tortillas covered with a cloth to keep them soft and flexible.

Serve with hot refried beans and TVP sauce.
